STRONG STARTS AND POWERFUL FINISHES
The importance of warm ups and cool downs has been well documented,
but not all are created equal, nor should they be. In this workshop,
learn how to design and structure warm ups and cool downs for all
types of Group Fitness classes. The basic, necessary components
of each will be presented, along with progression and safety aspects,
issues concerning the use of equipment, as well as the latest industry
research and findings. Several warm up and cool down formats will
be demonstrated and analyzed.
